Air Jordan 2011 Flywire (5)

The Air Jordan 2011 officially made its debut on February 3, 2011, just two weeks before the 2011 NBA All-Star Game in Los Angeles, California. The first color way released to the masses was the white/metallic gold-varsity red or better known as “The Year of the Rabbit” colorway. A few weeks later during the 2011 NBA All-Star weekend festivities, Jordan Brand released 3 more color ways of the AJ 2011; team red/team red-white, white/varsity royal-deep royal and white/black-anthracite. Received well by the basketball and sneaker communities, JB had a good buzz going and geared up for the next “2011” series release and on July 7, 2011, they released the Air Jordan 2011 Q Flight in 4 colorways; black/high voltage, black/varsity purple, black/orion blue and white/black. And finally, here we have, the Air Jordan 2011 Flywire. The Air Jordan 2011 Flywire is quite different, outside of the out-sole, from the other Air Jordans that feature the “2011” tag in that it has a Flywire upper as opposed the Hyperfuse upper of the other models. In addition to the Flywire, we see a large section of black patent leather that covers the length of the shoe and wraps around the back and top of the heel. A large Jumpman occupies most of the outer part of the heel as well as graces the top of the tongue and out-sole. No other information is known right now but stick with Modern Notoriety as we will bring you pertinent information as it is given to us. In the meantime let us know how you feel about this Air Jordan 2011 Flywire and how it compares to the other Jordans that share it’s names likeness. Via – taobao
