If you couldn’t tell, this latest pair of Saucony Shadow’s is a collaborative effort from Saucony and Spain’s 24 Kilates. Ever the bold statement, the first thing that stands out about these Shadows’s (even before the killer color-blocking) is the extremely noticeable branding on the toe-box. Though it’s received harsh reviews, I’m still not sure it “ruins” the shoe, but maybe it could have been placed somewhere less garish. Moving right along, you’ll notice the colors used here are quite a spectacle, with grey and brown mesh and suede playfully switching roles, and elements of white and creme make their way through the design as well. The bright tongue-tag shows its place in the pack, and offers a nice point for the eye to rest on once you’ve made it past the innovative frontal branding. Expect to see these hit shelves Saturday, July 27th via stores such as End Clothing. More photos after the jump.
