The Three Stripes has been rallying behind the Stan Smith model since the beginning of 2014 and it’s not over yet. With recent collaborations with brands like Mastermind Japan, Clot, and Neighborhood, it’s only right that Adidas go to their big dog, Yohji Yamamoto for one as well. The mind behind the Y-3 brand, has put his spin on the legendary silhouette. The shoe is made up of black canvas and a white toe cap with grey piping. Although, the colorway is simple, things get crazy with the perforated Three Stripes logo that were used for extra flare. Threaded yarn is put diagonally on the shoe side panel and falls along the floor. The yarn is meant to fray over time. The shoe is capped off with bold Y’s on the tongue. This is indeed an interesting shoe but if this is your taste, you can cop on March 15 at stores like END.
