Remember when Nike sued sketchers over the flyknit pattern? Now it’s adidas who’s being challenged. Adidas America and the German parent company are taking sketchers to the guillotine for a lawsuit regarding the patented springblade technology. Adidas launched the Springblade back in 2013 and became one of many major steps towards the three stripes revolution. The Springblade was originally patented by adidas but is now being duplicated by Delaware company sketchers. Do they look alike? Let us know in the comments section your thoughts!
