Kanye West first shared a photo of a Yeezy 700 v2 in a “cement” colorway back in March of 2018. Over a year later, we now have an official name and release date. The “Tephra” 700 v2 has a suede and mesh upper dressed in various shades of gray, a dark gray midsole, and tan rubber outsole. The name of this colorway is a geological term for rock fragments and particles ejected by a volcanic eruption.

The adidas Yeezy Boost 700 v2 “Tephra” is slated to release on June 15th, retailing at $300.

  1. I don’t get the point behind releasing similar colorways just weeks apart from each other. First the Yeezy 700 Analaog & Salt and now this Tephra, that’s very similar to the Geode. Well, let’s see what else they’ve got in store for us this year.
