In 1989, the Air Jordan 4 “Fire Red” was introduced. Then in 2006, a “Varsity Red” colorway that featured the “Mars” face on the heel released. This year, we reach the 23rd anniversary of the Air Jordan 4 “Mars” and you can expect this classic colorway to release once again. Releasing this Fall for it’s 23rd anniversary, is the Air Jordan 4 “Mars” colorway, that will feature the same White / Varsity Red – Black theme, much like the 2006 version. However, don’t expect this version to feature the “Mars” logo on the heel, but a more traditional colorway like the one released in 1989. Stay tuned for a release date on the Air Jordan 4 “Mars” 23rd Anniversary Edition here on Modern Notoriety.

The Photo is not the actual Mars 4 releasing this year.

  3. Totally agree. They are raping the game. Higher prices, lower quality and a million and one classic Jordan releases. It really is getting ridiculous. I guess MJ is just as ruthless towards his fans for the $ as he was towards his opponents. Not cool. Losing a lot of respect for the brand. GREED…
