Jordan Brand is known for incorporating hidden messages in the Air Jordan Line but this time, it’s on one of 2012’s biggest releases. We all know 2012 marks the 23rd anniversary of the Air Jordan 4 so to make this classic colorway memorable, Jordan Brand placed a hidden message on the tongue of the shoe. The message reads “TwentyTwelve”; a reminder that were living in one of the greatest years the Retro. Let us know if you knew about this hidden message! Thanks James Necky

  1. Its right under the lace eyelets on the left of the tongue on the left side of the left shoe and on the right side of the right shoe.

  2. all they gotta do is iron that message out^^^^ but i don’t see how its a “hidden message” i consider it a water mark if it doesn’t have it its a fake. bout time JB incorporated something like that.

  3. Your an idiot! Sole swapping would give the OG or older Retro the 2012 sole and midsole, not the upper so that wouldn’t even matter lol plus the Greys are different and you’d have to color match and paint the 2012 midsole
