Modern Notoriety has been bringing You world premieres such as the Bordeaux VII, Air Jordan Banned 1’s, the Cement III 2011’s and a few other first looks on many Jordan Brand shoes that are set to be released in 2011.

Now, Modern Notoriety is at it again with another World Premiere of the Air Jordan V Light Graphite/White-Wolf Grey.

The Air Jordan V Light Graphite/White-Wolf Grey was first seen on a few sites courtesy of TSG. The colorway was announced by others to be “Cool Grey” but Modern Notoriety is here to confirm that the official colorway of the shoe is Light Graphite/White-Wolf Grey.  The V’s panels are made up of soft nubuck/velvety material and also features a clear sole that does look slightly “Icier” than previous Air Jordan V releases. One thing that stuck out was the insole being burgundy which led us to believe that it could be an Air Jordan V “Burgundy” reverse colorway.  The V also features the “23” stitched on the side.

Don’t forget to stick Modern Notoriety for future information on anticipated releases.

Enough talking…Let’s go straight to a detailed look  at the Air Jordan V Light Graphite/White-Wolf Grey.

  1. […] Sneaker News showed you this exciting new colorway of the Air Jordan V not long ago but as we get a closer look, a few updates need to made. The upper material is a soft nubuck-like material; it was originally believed to be a leather material based on the distressed condition of the upper. The official colorway notation is also Light Graphite/White-Wolf Grey and not ‘Cool Grey’, although many were quick to jump to that conclusion given the the Cool Grey XI is all anyone can chat about at the moment. Other features include a white trim on the lacelock, inner lining, and Jumpman branding on the tongue and heel, and a swift contrast comes in the form of a burgundy insole. Finally, the ‘Wolf Grey’ Air Jordan V features a full-length translucent outsole (most, if not all Air Jordan V releases feature a solid-colored outsole material on the center portion of the outsole). Take a detailed look at the upcoming Air Jordan V in Light Graphite, White, and Wolf Grey after the jump and let us know what you think, and stick with Sneaker News for all your Jordan Brand updates. via MN. 4. […] If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting! The Air Jordan V Light Graphite/White-Wolf Grey by the time it releases will probably just be dubbed the Air Jordan V Cool Grey. This Air Jordan V is said to be releasing during the 2011 spring season. The materials that Jordan Brand used on the upper look to be a very luxurious in the form of a wrinkled nubuck. The good thing about this wrinkled nubuck is that it should help with creasing by making them less noticeable. This V will feature white contrast stitching which is visible throughout sitting on the newly tinted clear outsoles. Pics via MN […]
