In the Air Jordan “Sample” world, You can come across a few rare pairs that have a mystery story behind them. Much like the Air Jordan 8 “3 Peat”, These too have a story of their own. According to phase2x, The Air Jordan VI “Carmine” with the #23 on the side can be best described as the “1st run batch of the DMPs with lettering on the eyelets”. Perhaps this colorway was released during it’s original launch year in 91′ and was called back?. Either way, this rare sample would be hard to track down these days.
