Original Story (02/25/20): Hirofumi Kojima, the director of Japanese brand atmos, has teased on his Instagram the latest collaboration with adidas Originals, a new offering of the ZX 8000.
In the zoomed-in picture, we see a yellow/green dyed pony hair upper with neon green snakeskin patterned leather overlays. Dark green dresses the three stripes on the side panels while black covers the laces. “A-ZX Series” and “atmos” branding is found on the aglets.

Update (05/12/20): atmos has announced a special limited release of its ZX8000 G-SNK 3 adidas collab. This pre-sale version will come packaged with a set of green tie-dye socks and “G-SNK” stickers. atmos is also dropping some exclusive merch to celebrate this release, including an atmos x BBC ICE CREAM long-sleeve tee in white and black and an atmos x Crep Protect can of waterproof spray.
300 pairs of the atmos x adidas Originals ZX8000 “G-SNK” will be available for a limited Japan-only pre-sale launch via atmos Tokyo’s online raffle that is open now and closes on May 14th. A larger release is to follow. Check out the complete offering from atmos below.
Update (04/04/20): The official images of the atmos x adidas Originals ZX 8000 G-SNK 3 are here. The faux fur-covered sneaker features green snakeskin overlays with reflective 3M detailing. No release date yet but expect one very soon.
