Vans has blessed us with another dope new addition to the California lineup, this time in a “brushed” canvas iteration of the classic Era 59 that packs a few unique punches. Originally released in 1976, this newest version sees a soft, aged fabric that gives the feel of an old pair of kicks with all of the benefits of ones fresh out the box. These particular Era 59′s receive a unique touch via the bright, paisley printed inner lining that give a subtle yet eye catching nuance to these fresh new Vans. It appears London’s Liberty aren’t coasting off of their recent megastar status, status stemming from their high profile collaboration with Nike, and have struck again with a heavy hand, this time draping the classic Vans Authentic silhouette in their floral inspired textiles. These all-over upper’d beauties feature several new colorways, and can certainly be pulled off by either gender. Considered fashion’s “it” fabric for the summer, you best believe you’ll see these Liberty Vans popping up in lookbooks and on high-end feet in the coming weeks. Vans has truly pulled out all the stops for their Fall 2013 California collection, as made evident by the latest announcement, this Mesa 79, a mid-top “sneaker” that pays homage to the desert boots of World War II, boots that have come to be some of the most popular in the street-wear world. Comprised of a leather upper accented via a canvas side panel, this bold look sees two colorways, a light brown/olive and a dark brown/red, both of which are equally striking. Vans OTW has been going release crazy lately, and this latest edition to the pending Fall 2013 lineup packs a punch. Dubbed the “Boot Pack”, these mid-top Bedfords feature a unique yet classic construction inspired by outdoor materials such as heavy canvas and rugged pebble grained leather. The boot style’d laces round out the outdoor chic look with finesse. The Bedford “Boot” is going to be a perfect pair of all year kicks, and with a July release, these drop just in time for summer, and these versatile Vans will take you from skate-park to national-park without hesitation. Vans has been going hard with their Classic collection this summer, and these latest Madero’s feature one of the hottest new camo prints we have seen in quite some time. Dubbed “Tiger Camo”, these fresh joints feature an all-over canvas upper adorned with the aforementioned print. These sweet new Vans are perched atop a white vulcanized sole and gum rubber outsole. Vans is clearly following in the Cole Haan/Nike footsteps with this latest take on the Prelow. A lifestyle model intended to see more red carpets than skate-decks, these “Ballistic” beauties are comprised of a ballistic nylon upper and “UltraCush Lite” technology in the sole that add up to a truly special pair of “kicks”. Seen here in a black/orange look, this also will be available in a classic black/mint colorway. Good news for fans of the Prelow, these are available now at select retailers. We gave you a first look at these a while back, but as the release approaches Vans x Supreme have unveiled a better set of photos depicting these ultra-cool new collabs. The “Lampin”, a rarely seen silhouette from the Vans line, is a breath of fresh air amidst the endless releases from their typical offerings. The Lampin’s in particular feature unique color-blocking due to their multi-piece upper construction. These four colorways will be dropping via Supreme’s online site on June 13th.
