Update (12/3/19): Dior has provided an official look at their collaborative sneaker with Jordan Brand, which commemorates the 35th anniversary of the Air Jordan 1 and the first Dior men’s show in the U.S.

Here’s what Dior men’s artistic director Kim Jones had to say about the collab:

“I chose to collaborate with Jordan Brand because Christian Dior collaborated with the best American brands of his era. I love mixing together different worlds, different ideas — Dior and Jordan Brand are both emblematic of absolute excellence in their fields. To bring them together in this special collaboration is to propose something exciting and truly new.”

The Air Jordan 1 High OG Dior is made in Italy and features a cream calf-leather upper complemented by edge-painted overlays in grey, a signature color of Dior since its founding in 1947. Other features include a custom Dior x Swoosh tongue tag, a Dior Oblique jacquard Swoosh, and a clear blue outsole, with the right sneaker bearing the Dior logo and the left one featuring a special “Air Dior” wings logo.

Originally expected to release in June, the Air Jordan 1 High OG Dior will be available at select global Dior stores in April. A price has not been revealed, though a $2000 price tag is rumored. This is the first release of the Dior x Jordan Brand partnership and the two say there is more to come.
