EA Sports and Nike have merged their creative forces once again to bring a special edition release of the Air Max 90. Dropping in a “Super Bowl LIVE” colorway, the kicks take on inspired detailing of EA Sports and the NFC and AFC just in time for Super Bowl Sunday.
The shoe comes dressed in bright red and blue with splatter paint detailing the midsole. The crowned piece of the silhouette might be the laces adorned with the EA Sports “It’s In The Game” official slogan. The tongue comes with interchangeable “305” snaps in honor of the game’s vacation home in Miami this year while snap buttons clip into the heel tags, featuring EA Sports and Super Bowl logos. Additional branding takes its place on the insoles and tongue with an LIV tag rounding off the silhouette.
EA Sports and Nike also introduced a custom Microsoft Xbox One X console inspired by the special edition Nike x Madden NFL 20 Air Max 90. It features an all-white foundation with speckled red and blue details matching the outsole of the sneakers, representing the EA Sports logo and NFL shield.
Starting January 31 at 8:00am PT through February 8 at 7:00pm PT, fans will have the chance to win the special edition Nike x Madden NFL 20 Air Max 90s, Nike x Madden NFL 20 Xbox One X console plus two custom controllers, and a copy of Madden NFL 20.
