In celebration of PUMA’s Suede 50th Anniversary campaign, PUMA sets to release 50 sneakers inspired by fashion, pop culture, music and various talents.
Hello Kitty first debuted in Japan in 1974, she has impacted the world by becoming one of the most famous marketing icons ever, creating TV-shows, apparel, school supplies and even has inspired the creation of restaurants and cafes. The PUMA Suede born in 1968 has created its mark on the sneaker world, inspiring subcultures of hip-hop, breakdancing, sports and showcasing the arts for over 50 years. Both Hello Kitty and the PUMA Suede are cultural icons around the world.
The collaboration features the iconic Puma Suede silhouette with a red suede upper highlighted with a Hello Kitty pattern on the quarter panels, a white midsole, co-branding on the tongue, the option to have difference lace choices, and the iconic Hello Kitty bow on the translucent outsole to finish the design. The collection also features apparel that includes: a hat, a hoodie, a shirt, track pant, backpack and gym sack. The Puma Suede will be available in women’s, kids, and toddler sizes for the whole family.

The Hello Kitty x PUMA Suede is set to release on February 8th at select retailers and PUMA.com.
