Earlier today, Converse announced a limited edition Chuck Taylor All – Star in collaboration with José Parlá and Converse. The collaboration effort is to help bring awareness for the fight against aids in Africa and to encourage individuals to become agents of change and turn art into power. The launch date for the Jose Parla x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star PRODUCT(RED) will be on World Aids Day on December 1st. A percentage of proceeds will go to the Global Fund for the fight against aids and there will only be 500 pairs of the Jose Parla x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star PRODUCT(RED) available. Via converse
