As there is seen to be a rise in the luxury sock-like runner silhouettes especially popularized by Balenciaga’s Speed Trainer, Maison Margiela releases their own iteration of knitted runner, dubbed the 22 SockRunner.
This sock runner features a full Black knitted upper with rib running throughout. Splattered with Margiela’s iconic paint detail, the sock-like silhouette also includes matching Black stitch detailing at the heel and a subtle branding White stitch. Completing the shoe is the brands Gommus rubber sole.
The Maison Margiela 22 Painter SockRunner is now available at select shops like END with the retail price tag of $690 USD.
