Before the Air Jordan line, Michael Jordan laced up the Nike Air Ship (As Seen Here) during his early days of the NBA and soon, You will be able to get your hands on them though the SCP Auctions. The Nike Air Ship shares a similar aesthetic to the Air Jordan 1, and features a faint MJ signature on both pairs. The date is written on the midsole that reads 12-2-84, which is just a few months before the Air Jordan line started.
