Nike Adventure Club is a Parent’s Best Friend

Anyone who has ever had to shop for kid shoes knows just how hard it is. The biggest problem with buying kids shoes is the fact that their feet are always growing, so determining their size can be difficult. Nike has created a solution to the problem: a footwear subscription service called Nike Adventure Club. Nike Adventure Club lets kids regularly select Nike and Converse shoes for the right-fitting shoe as their feet – and tastes – evolve.

The subscription service will be available in kids sizes 4C to 7Y (roughly encompassing ages 2 to 10). and will come in three price-tiers: 4 pairs a year, 6 pairs a year, or 12 pairs a year. Every time your child is due for a new pair of shoes you and your kids can choose from a selection of more than 100 different styles. It also allows parents to upgrade, downgrade or pause their subscription whenever they want. The best part about the service is that if you like the shoes you can keep them and once your kids have outgrown them or you simply want a new pair you can send the shoes back and Nike will either donate or recycle them through Nike Grind, while your child gets to choose a new pair.

The Nike Adventure Club doesn’t only come with shoes though. In an effort to encourage children to lead more active and healthy lifestyles, Nike has teamed up with Kaboom, a not-for-profit with the same goal. Each pair of shoes will come with an adventure guide with outdoor games and activities that parents can do with their kids.
