1988 was a major year for Michael Jordan as he triumphed in the 88′ Dunk Contest and won Most Valuable Player in the All Star Games. This past week, Jordan Brand payed homage to MJ’s 88′ Dunk Contest accolade, by releasing the classic Air Jordan 3 White Cement colorway with the Nike Air on the heel . In the same year, Michael Jordan won his first All Star MVP award in another OG classic, that returns once again sporting the classic Nike Air on the heel.
