The Nike Air Penny series ended in 1998 with the Penny IV but Nike plans to resurrect the series this Holiday season with the Nike Air Penny 5. Although it’s unusual to release a signature shoe for a retired player, fans of the series still knew about the possible release of the rumored Nike Air Penny 5 and this Holiday season, you can expect two colorways to kick the series off, starting with the “Orlando” colorway. The Nike Air Penny 5 is pretty much a mix of all 4 Penny sneakers but don’t mistake this new addition to the line up as a hybrid.
