Nike : Outside the Box – A History of Nike Boxes

We all know that feeling when you walk into a store and see an OG box with the grey stripes at the bottom – priceless. Even at sneaker events where you might see a few OG’s displayed on the original box that packaged these sneakers that are as old as we are…even older. The good folks over at Inside the Sneaker Box introduce an individual by the name of Joel Colley, a Graphic Designer who was able to go through Nike’s Archives and uncover some of the oldest Sneaker Boxes to date. Joel will be using these boxes for an upcoming Art Show in Portland on October 13th and if you’d like a sneak peek of what to expect, Check out the photos after the Jump.
