Nike SB is releasing a new style of Blazers in what is being called the “Hack Pack.” The “hacked” look is based on an old school way of customizing your kicks by removing certain parts of the shoe and adding in materials and features from another shoe.
The three Nike SB Blazer Mid Edge in the “Hack Pack” features a removed Swoosh on the side panel, leaving the stitching behind, which is re-stitched onto the toebox. Layered on top of the toebox Swoosh is an extra layer of fabric that also overlays the bottom eyelets. The hacked look is completed with an additional tongue, presumably taken from an SB Dunk Low.
The Nike SB Blazer Mid Edge “Hack Pack” is January’s Nike SB GR release and is a skate shop only release. Check your local skate shops as some have already received the Obsidian Mist/Fossil colorway. Retail price is $95 USD. Take a look at all three colorways below.
