Nike SB took the whole “put a cork in it” thing literally, taking Nike’s infamous and overwhelmingly desired cork uppers to the Stefan Janoski low-top signature kicks. The results are impressive, though we doubt they’ll see much board action.
The all-cork upper’d kicks feature darker brown piping and laces, with black accents. The Elite kicks come perched atop a crispy white sole that creates quite a bold contrast, and with such bold uppers it’s nice to see things kept simple on the low end. The Cork Jano’s are available now via Kinetics, but will be receiving a global release soon (though still in limited numbers). Stay tuned to MN for the latest on these Cork’d up Jano’s.
