From upgrading their RSVP system earlier this week, to adding a brand new feature called “Spot in line”, Nike is doing whatever it takes to make sure customers get their pairs in a fair way. The most recent upgrade for online releases, is a brand new system that allows you 1 spot after you’ve added the product to your cart. Once you’ve received the message, you’re in line for the product but it does not guarantee availability – just puts you ahead of everyone else who’s trying to cop a pair online. Check the rules after the Jump and give us your thoughts.

For select high-demand products, you may receive a message that states: “WE SAVED YOU A SPOT IN LINE!” after you click to add the product to your cart.

This message means you’re in line for the product but does not guarantee availability. Keep the window open and don’t refresh your screen. If you close the window, you lose your spot in line. Your wait time may vary.

If the product becomes available, it will be added to your cart and reserved for a brief period of time. We recommend checking out and completing your purchase right away.

If the product is not available, you will receive an ”Out of Stock” message, which means the product has sold out.
