Reebok Classic has partnered with leading premium streetwear label Publish Brand to drop the ‘Dark Desert Project’ duo, two unique Furylite and Furylite Chukka silhouettes that together represent the before and aftermath of a dramatic volcanic eruption. Reflecting Publish’s goal of delivering products that transcend the realms of art and fashion, the pack is executed in the minimalistic, contemporary style that’s synonymous with the brand, for a pack that combines creative design with timeless sophistication.
Inspired by the majestic, sandy and tranquil landscapes that prelude a volcanic explosion, the Furylite’s understated cream and white leather upper is contrasted with a sleek black leather heel and tongue for refined, utilitarian style.
Chunkier and bolder, the unique boot-like Furylite Chukka represents the destructive aftermath of a volcano, as darkened skies descend and explosive, rising temperatures change the land forever. A reverse of the Furylite’s more peaceful aesthetic, the Chukka is dominated by jet black uppers for a fierce and powerful look, while the premium leather accents provide sport luxe style. Both designs are finished off with subtle Publish branding embroidered on the tongue.
