Following the release of the Nike Kyrie “Spongebob” Collection, Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving continues to show love for his favorite animated series with the release of the Nike Kyrie 5 “Pineapple House.”
Unless you’ve been living under a rock like Patrick, you know that SpongeBob Squarepants lives in a pineapple under the sea. The upper of this Kyrie 5 color and pattern found on SpongeBob’s house and also includes a leafy green lace cover (with Nickelodeon branding) that matches the leaves atop of the pineapple in the show. A nautical wheel is found on the heel, matching the wheel on SpongeBob’s door. It even looks like SpongeBob happens to be home, since his face his found on the insoles.
The SpongeBob x Nike Kyrie 5 “Pineapple House” is set to release on October 24th at select retailers and Nike.com at a retail price of $130 USD. Check out the official images below.
