Earlier this summer, adidas released an OG version of the LXCON, a classic 90s running silhouette. adidas has updated the running shoe yet again, this collaborating with White Mountaineering on the new LXCON Future silhouette.
The shoe comes in two colorways: Black/Navy-White and Orange/Sand-White. White Mountaineering branding is seen on the midsole and TPU piping of the upper. One new detail is that instead of laces, White Mountaineering integrates the adidas signature three stripes as part of the buckling system of the shoe.
The shoe was revealed during White Mountaineering’s SS20 Paris Fashion Week show, so expect the White Mountaineering x adidas LXCON Future to release in Spring/Summer 2020. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates on this release.
