Original Story (06/28/22): adidas has announced the release of a new foam-based silhouette called the adiFOM Q.
Though there is definitely some design influence from the YEEZY Foam Runner, the shape of the adiFOM Q is based on the archival adidas Quake, originally released in 2001. The exoskeleton features cut-out windows with shapes borrowed from the overlays of the adidas Quake, while a sock-like bootie makes up the interior. It appears that the launch colorway will come in a natural off-white tone with orange accents on the bootie, including the trefoil logo on the side of the tongue.
