As the city of Atlanta prepares to host the 2018 MLS All-Star Game presented by Target on August 1st, adidas Soccer debuts their latest SPEEDFACTORY ATL-inspired adidas and Made for MLS (AM4MLS). Atlanta creatives like rapper Rich the Kid, Atlanta United midfielder Darlington Nagbe, and artist Travis Love, all came together and helped design this innovative running silhouette as a way to celebrate urban soccer and hip-hop culture.
Featuring a Black and Red ombré upper with Love’s art drawn throughout the upper, Gold speckled patterning on the laces and a heart logo on the heel to give homage to the pulse of ATL. Another feature is the NFC chip within the shoe that connects to a Spotify playlist curated by Rich the Kid. A full-length Boost midsole and Black rubber outsole complete the design.
