adidas Set to Release an Absolutely Insane Halloween Pack

0

adidas is set to drop a trio of elaborate, Halloween-themed sneakers just in time for the holiday. Comprised of two Forum Lows and a Superstar, the pack represents three classic Halloween icons: a killer clown, a black cat, and a mummy.

The Killer Clown Forum Low seems to take heavy inspiration from IT’s Pennywise the Dancing Clown. The shoe uses a primarily white and red leather upper, and includes a translucent evil eye overlay atop the shoe’s Three Stripes logo. A sculpted red makeup line leads to the shoe’s red toebox overlays, which feature a tonal, fanged pattern to them. A detachable bloody ruffle near the strap matches red splatters near the shoe’s midsole and heel, and an orange hairy heel panel, interchangeable fuzzy red rope laces, and bloody Trefoil branding complete the model.

The Dark Witch edition, on the other hand, uses a removable black “cat tail” as a strap atop a black textured leather upper that features furry accents on the toebox, side panels, and heel. A green and purple witch emblem graces the model’s tongue, and a translucent black outsole seals the bad luck of anyone whose path you happen to cross.

Finally, a mummy-themed superstar uses a textured, bandage-style upper to evoke campy Egyptian terror of old. The bandages glow in the dark, and they’re complemented by a cream-colored shell-toe. Small details like mummy branding atop the tongue badge and a hieroglyphics-printed insole round out the spooky sneaker.
