Just in time for the height of the summer, adidas is continuing their Gardening Club line with two more colorways of the Response Hoverturf GF6100AM.
The Gardening Club line evokes a similar playful outdoorsiness to Nike’s current retro ACG line, though its design language and footwear technology places it significantly further into the future than its retro-trail competitors. The Hoverturf (originally accompanied by the Novaturbo sandal) features a Response midsole and adiPRENE+ forefoot for durable energy return and a rugged, lug-style outsole for grip in all conditions. While the Core White and Shock Yellow colorway is all new, the Core Black/Real Gold model calls back to a vintage adiPRENE trail runner (as noted below by Consortium designer George Griffin.)
Both new colorways of the adidas Response Hoverturf GF6100AM in the adidas Gardening Club 2.0 collection will release on June 26th via Hanon and other select retailers. Take a look at the models (and their inspiration) below in the lead-up to the drop.
