Lucas Puig and adidas Skateboarding introduced the PUIG in 2020 with a collaboration with Palace, followed shortly by inline colorways of the signature skating shoe. The model is now getting a sequel, the PUIG Indoor.
The PUIG Indoor is an elevated, lighter iteration of Lucas Puig’s signature model. It receives a premium leather upper with gold detailing on the sides and tongues. The tooling has also been modified, now featuring an outsole made with cold cement construction, offering the boardfeel of a vulcanized sole but with the cushioning of a cupsole. The shoe arrives in three colorways: cream/scarlet, black/white, and grey/white.
“The original PUIG is a very technical skate shoe that is also very sharp in a fashion sense. The PUIG Indoor is made to be worn everyday—skating or not,” says Lucas Puig. “My collaboration with adidas on the design was truly a team effort. This time we focused on the weight to create one of the lightest shoes available for skate. I can’t wait to see how skaters and non-skaters will welcome them.”
The adidas PUIG Indoor launches on July 9th on adidas.com and at local skate shops. Check out the three launch colorways below.
