adidas brought back a modern classic earlier this year with the re-release of the “Triple White” adidas UltraBOOST 1.0, the shoe Kanye famously wore at the 2015 BBMAs. While this specific shoe is often credited for igniting the ensuing BOOST craze, the entire original UltraBOOST 1.0 lineup remain revered classics in the modern sneaker world. Now, hot on the heels of its sister colorway, the UltraBOOST 1.0 “Triple Black” is set to return.

The model was originally highly sought after before colored BOOST was commonplace, and both its looks and technology have aged like fine wine in the short time since its original release. Many feel that the UltraBOOST 1.0 provides the most eye-catching Primeknit pattern out of the entire UltraBOOST lineup, and it looks no less stunning in blacked-out form. In fact, seemingly the only change from the original release comes in the re-release’s STRETCHWEB Continental rubber outsole, a technology not introduced to the UltraBOOST until the 2.0 model.

The triple black UltraBOOST 1.0 is set to release via adidas’ website on September 2nd for $180 USD. It’s likely to sell out quickly, so be sure to get your payment info ready and your browser window open on the release date. In the meantime, take a look at photos of the model down below.
