adidas is dropping three new colorways of the Ultraboost 1.0 DNA, each inspired by a different OG colorway from the brand’s ZX series.
The ZX 9000-inspired model calls back to its OG “Turquoise” colorway, featuring a majority mint green Primeknit upper. Scarlet red hits are found on the sockliner, the Three Stripes branding, and on the Ultraboost stamp on the lateral heel. White is also prevalent, used on the heel counter and lace cage as well as the laces. All of this sits on top of the classic cobbled Utraboost midsole in cream with a black rubber outsole.
The ZX 8000 is represented with its OG “Aqua” colorway. The shoe is dressed almost entirely in aqua blue, though neon yellow hits are found on the sockliner and Three Stripes. A touch of purple is added to the Three Stripes branding as well.
The third Ultraboost hails back to the ZX 6000 and its OG cream colorway. A Cream White Primeknit makes up the upper, contrasted by a red sockliner. Red, yellow, and green all combine to make up the colors of the Three Stripes on the lace cages.
The adidas Ultraboost 1.0 DNA x ZX pack will be available at select European retailers such as END. and Overkill on April 8th, with a wider release expected to follow in the coming weeks. Check out the three colorways below.
