adidas YEEZY 450 Slides To Release This December

Following the debut of the YZY Foam Runner and the reveal of the D Rose prototype, adidas and Kanye West are set to release new foam-based footwear, though instead of a clog-like model, this one is a slide.

The adidas YZY 450 Slide features a design that is skeletal both in shape and color. The footbed is smooth, though under it is a sole unit made up of five large rounded ridges and a wavy grip pattern. On top we have a web-like construction, with holes of various shapes and sizes. This white debut colorway is reportedly called “Ophani.”

While this is the Slide, a shoe version of the YEEZY 450 is also coming. The YEEZY 450 shoe will debut in a “Nuriel” colorway (shown below) in Feb 2021 for a retail price of $180 USD. The Slide will come first though — its reported release date is December 27th and retail price is reported to be $65 USD.
