Original Story (04/10/22): We’re still months away from YEEZY DAY 2022, but it’s already shaping up to be one for the books. The rumored lineup of restocks so far includes a few colorways of the YEEZY 350 V2 and the OG “Turtle Dove” V1. Also on the way is the return of the adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 “Vanta.”
The YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 “Vanta” originally released in June 2019 and was the third colorway of the silhouette, following the “Static” and “Geode.” It features an all-black color scheme with mesh and suede construction across the upper and reflective details throughout. Black is also used for the BOOST-encapsulating midsole and on the outsole, where we can see some of the white BOOST foam through the cut-out windows.
The adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 “Vanta” is slated to return this August, likely as part of the YEEZY DAY 2022 lineup. Expect these to drop on adidas.com/yeezy, Confirmed, and YEEZY SUPPLY. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates on other upcoming YEEZY releases and re-releases.
Update (08/04/22): While the “Vanta” 700 V2 didn’t drop on YEEZY DAY, there is a restock coming very soon. According to yeezyinfluence and chaseseesghosts, expect these to drop on August 19th.
