Original Story (03/02/22): March is stacked with YEEZY releases. Kicked off with the return of the 700 V2 “Static,” something coming down towards the end of the month is a new “Mono Carbon” colorway of the QNTM, the first YEEZY basketball silhouette.
At first glance, the “Mono Carbon” appears pretty similar to the OG “Quantum” colorway. Upon closer look… yeah, they’re essentially the same, just with a slightly darker hue on the knit. We still have the same translucent monofilament underlay, though now the Primeknit has a subtle blue tint. Other minor changes include the silver heel counter now being a charcoal color and the ankle area now dressed in a more faded black.
