Aimé Leon Dore has reconnected with New Balance this Fall/Winter 2022 season for a new SONNY NEW YORK collection.
SONNY NEW YORK is a basketball program founded by Aimé Leon Dore in 2017. You may remember that last season as part of this program, Aimé Leon Dore refurbished the basketball court at Masaryk Towers in NYC’s Lower East Side. Last season’s collection also included the official launch of the ALD x New Balance 650, which makes its return this season in three colorways: green, navy, and grey.
Aside from the footwear, the collection consists of hoops-themed apparel and accessories. Pieces come in a forest green, cream, and heather grey color scheme and includes jerseys, gym shorts, warm-up pants and shirts, hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, graphic tees, and caps.
The apparel from the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance Fall/Winter 2022 SONNY NEW YORK collection releases Friday, September 30th at 11am ET in-store and online on the ALD website. The draw for the 650s opens on Monday, October 3rd at 11am ET. Check out the collection below.
