Do You ever wonder just what exactly happened to the Air Jordan 1 ‘Banned’ concept? Recent photos of the AJ 1 ‘Banned’ have surfaced only this time, the tongue of the shoe reads ‘NIKE’. Could the prayers of every Jordan Head finally be answered? Unfortunately, There is no solid info on behalf of a release but we can tell you that these are popping up at a few places like Ebay. The shoe still features the X on the back but was replaced with red paint instead of the black rubber X; giving it a true ‘OG’ feel. The ‘Banned’ 1 also features tumbled leather, 10.18.85 on the inner and a descriptive insole. After the jump, You can check out detailed images of the Insole, Box and even peep the ‘Nike’ on the tongue. Via chetlsworth

  1. Good idea but I'd rather get the 1994's or the 2001's with the Nike on the tongue. Why are they going to put Nike on these but not on any other retros? Makes no sense

  2. I can already see people passing these up since they own the DMP 1's pack and, also

Hope to release them in a Special Box like they did to the 3's..
