Original Story (12/29/20): A new colorway of the classic Air Jordan 1 has surfaced, this one dressed in a Black/Light Army-Sail-Fresh Mint color scheme. Some leakers are calling this the “Rust Shadow” colorway due to its copper-like panels and its slight resemblance to the fan-favorite “Shadow” colorway.
This upcoming Air Jordan 1 features a black tumbled leather base with the heel and ankle overlays dressed in “Light Army,” a shade of grey with a tinge of green. The front overlays and Swoosh are black and have a copper-like finish to them, which by the looks of it may be a wear-away effect. The “Fresh Mint” shade is used on the tongue tag, which features zig-zag stitching and reads Nike Air, similar to the tongue tag used on the “Bio Hack” Air Jordan 1 that released earlier this year. A sail-colored midsole and a black rubber outsole completes the design.
