Original Story (11/17/20): When you think “Bordeaux” and Jordan, your first thought is probably the OG Air Jordan 7 colorway (last released in 2015). Named after the famed wine-growing port city in France, this burgundy color has been used on a few Jordan models over the years, most recently on the Air Jordan 4 “PSG.” Reports now indicate that the Air Jordan 1 will be getting its own “Bordeaux” colorway next year.
This Air Jordan 1 will arrive in a Bordeaux, White, and Metallic Silver color scheme. This release mimics the color blocking of the Air Jordan 1 CO.JP “Midnight Navy,” equipped with a white leather upper, Bordeaux overlays, and a Metallic Silver Swoosh. Underfoot lies a white midsole and Bordeaux outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 High OG “Bordeaux” is slated to arrive in Fall 2021. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for first looks and updates on its release.
