Jordan Brand is dropping a “Lucky Green” colorway of the Air Jordan 1 High OG in 2023.
This upcoming AJ1 is expected to feature the same color scheme as the “Celtics” Air Jordan 1 in the 2009 “DMP” pack that came paired with a “Bred” Air Jordan 1. While the 2009 release featured Jumpman branding on the heels and the tongue tags, the 2023 release will come with today’s AJ1 High OG branding with Nike Air on the tongues. The shade of green may also be slightly different, as the 2009 release was labeled as “Classic Green” instead of “Lucky Green.” For reference, a Women’s “Lucky Green” Air Jordan 1 released in 2020.
The Air Jordan 1 High OG “Celtics” (aka “Lucky Green”) is slated to release in full family sizing next summer on SNKRS and at select retailers. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
