Original Story (04/01/22): In 2020, Jordan Brand released a new colorway of the Air Jordan 1 called the “Bio Hack,” which was based on a 2005 UNDEFEATED x Nike Dunk High that was limited to 5,000 pairs. A low version of this Air Jordan 1 is now on the way, and it comes equipped with FlyEase technology.
Nike’s FlyEase tech was developed with insights from the disability community, leading to product with accessible features that are quick and easy to get into. This AJ1 Low comes with a velcro pull-tab that is attached to a zipper that wraps around the ankle collar. Undoing this zipper creates a bigger opening for your foot to slip into the shoe. The lacing system has also been modified to prevent tripping on laces.
