Original Story (09/21/20): The classic Air Jordan 1 is set to arrive in a new colorway dressed in a mix of white, black, Volt, and University Gold.
Based on leaked factory production images, we can see that this Air Jordan 1 will feature a white leather base with black leather overlays on the toe and throat of the shoe, as well as black leather on the Swoosh. The textile-lined ankle collar comes dressed in that Volt highlighter color, while the heel features a University Gold makeup. The tongue tag is reversed and is made from a clear plastic that is dressed in orange with Volt “Nike Air” branding, matching the accents found on the heel-end of the shoe. The tongue itself also features some special detailing, including an exposed-foam tip and Volt stitching.
Check out early production images of this Air Jordan 1 below. It is currently expected to release on January 9th, 2021, but stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for any and all updates.
