Original Story (09/28/20): The Air Jordan 1 will always be a timeless silhouette and it looks like 2021 could see the release of new variations of the classic model. After adding Zoom cushioning in the soles with the introduction of the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom, the next step in comfort is to make changes to the upper, thus the creation of the Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT.
Judging by the first look photos of a “Chile Red” colorway and photos of the League of Legends version, the Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT features an extra layer of padding around the ankle and an exposed foam tongue. The Chile Red colorway features a Black, Chile Red, White, and University Gold color scheme similar to the “Highlight Reel” Jordan 1 that dropped in 2013. The shoe sits atop a white midsole and is rounded off by a black rubber outsole.

Update (10/15/20): Official images of the Air Jordan 1 Zoom Comfort “Chile Red” have arrived. These are now expected to drop later this year. As the first AJ1 Zoom CMFT released today for $150 USD, we can expect these to arrive with a similar price point.
