Original Story (09/04/19): The Air Jordan 13 “Flint” was first introduced during the 1997-1998 NBA season as an OG colorway of the AJ13 silhouette. It has seen a couple of re-releases since then, one in 2005 and the other in 2010. While the first reissue was nearly identical to the OG, the second reissue left out the 3M reflective material in the upper ballistic nylon.

A third reissue was rumored for 2017, but a release never happened. Despite this, sources say that the Air Jordan 13 “Flint” will be making a return in 2020 as part of a wider “Truest to the OG” collection. Nicknamed “Flint” for the hits of Flint Grey on the midsole and suede upper, this colorway features a French Blue mesh overlay and white leather toe box.

Look for the Air Jordan 13 “Flint” to return sometime in 2020 for a retail price of $190 USD with OG 3M reflective detailing. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates on this release and check out photos of the 2010 reissue below.
