First Look at the Air Jordan 2 Low “Responsibility”

0

The Air Jordan 2 renaissance is in full effect. The silhouette saw a return to prominence with the release of Virgil Abloh’s take on the silhouette, with the likes of Union, A Ma ManiĆ©re, and J Balvin also dropping collabs in the near future. We now have a look at a new Air Jordan 2 Low dubbed “Responsibility.”

On the insoles of these AJ2 Lows is a patch that reads “Jordan presents RESPONSIBILITY wear your shoes show the world where you’ve been. PEACE LOVE RESPECT.” The shoe itself features an interest mix of materials in its construction. The majority of the upper appears to be made of black nubuck, white the tongue is leather and the heel counter is TPU. Additional details include a quilted sockliner, elephant print on the rear side panels, and a fuzzy tan midsole.

Grab a first look at the Air Jordan 2 Low “Responsibility” below. Look for these to drop later this year on SNKRS and at select retailers. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.

Update: Additional photos reveal mismatching red and blue outsoles lace tips, as well as “pa’ que sepa” written on the under side of the arrow tag. The phrase is common across Latin American countries, while the red and blue could nod to a specific country’s flag (Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, etc.)
