The last true Air Jordan “Cement” 3 drop came way back in 2003. That version lacked the Nike Air on the heel but also featured some smaller differences from the upcoming Air Jordan 3 ’88. For one, the height on the heel where the cement print is featured differs on each pair, but only slightly. The tongue on the 03′ version featured tumbled leather throughout whereas the the ’88 retro utilizes perforated leather on the bottom half. The last noticeable difference is the Jordan font on the outsole, the 03′ version was filled with red whereas the more recent edition just has as outlined red Jordan displayed. How do you think the newest iteration is starting to stack up?

No, the last retro was in January 2011. How is the 2003 version any more “Cement” than the 2011???
