Original Story (05/25/21): Jordan Brand is set to introduce a new “Orange Blaze” colorway of the Air Jordan 5 this fall.
This AJ5 will come dressed in a sail, orange, and black color scheme, also known as the popular “Shattered Backboard” color scheme that first made its appearance on the Air Jordan 1 in 2015. While most of the upper comes dressed in sail leather, setting this AJ5 apart from others is the netting around the ankle that extends from its usual side panel placement. Additionally, hits of metallic silver will appear on the tongue and the shark tooth-like design on the midsole.
