Every shoe in the Air Jordan line can be described as a landmark shoe for one reason or another but the Air Jordan 6 holds special appeal in Mike’s heart because it’s the shoe he was rocking when he first became an NBA champion. The 6 took a drastic design turn from the AJ5 sporting a unique paneled upper and a huge, double cut-out tongue. The silhouette gave designers many options to play with in terms of color placement and was known for it’s shade of infrared. The XX8 Days of Flight make-up of the shoe incorporates a pretty cool green tinted iced outsole, which is more pronounced then it’s predecessor which also featured the same tint but wasn’t as predominant in the design.
